Hi, I'm Joshua, your University of San Diego Admissions Counselor.

I was born in San Diego and haven’t found an excuse to leave. I grew up going to church and have learned to embrace community, practice servitude, and to meet others where they are. I hope to be a resource for prospective students and families who are looking to join our community!

    Why USD?
The moment you step foot on campus, you know that this place is special. From the custodians who maintain USD as one of the prettiest college campuses to the diverse student body learning to be changemakers in their own communities, USD truly does feel like one big family.

My top tip for the admissions process:
Reflection. We want to know who you are, why you’re interested in USD, and what you can contribute to our campus. If you are able honestly reflect on your strengths, weaknesses, and life experiences, the better your application will be!
