    Associate Director of Admission

Hi, I'm Katie, your University of San Diego Admissions Counselor.

I’ve spent my entire life in Southern California and can guarantee it’s the spot to be! I’ve loved my time in higher education and continue to be inspired by our students every day. It's a privilege to support you along your college journey.

    Why USD?
I promise as soon as you step foot on campus…you know! The USD community is so unique, warm and inspiring. The location is perfect and our students truly have the passion and talents to change the world. I’m so proud to represent an institution committed to bettering our community, the San Diego area and the world around us. There’s something special happening at USD and I’m excited for you all to come witness it yourself!

My top tip for the admissions process:
As a first generation student, I understand that the college application process can feel overwhelming. Whether you're drafting essays, outlining your activities or speaking with your recommenders, authenticity is everything! This is your time to reflect on all of your accomplishments, really put yourself out there and find joy in what's to come.
